The Lost season finale is upon us – two hours of island goodness to round out what’s been a pretty fast-moving season.
So where were we?
Well, LOTS. And if you want to read about it before tonight’s finale why not head over to Lostpedia – because I’m way to busy to do the usual massive post.

Although you should go and read the last few post I did for Lost - because they’re really rather good.
And I’ll probably be live Twittering the finale (East Coast time) or blogging major developments one line at a time…join me, won’t you?
A couple of things have become apparent to me lately:
First (and most important), my wife is not a crazy redhead. I feel that in the interest of full disclosure I should mention that it was my wife who pointed this out.
Secondly, the blog is not as fun as it used to be – mainly because I don’t cover that much TV anymore. In fairness thats because there isn’t a lot on TV that’s worth covering anymore. We watch most TV on DVD these days – the only things we watch week to week are Heroes (which has been less than stellar this season) and, er, Grey’s Anatomy (which of course I do not enjoy and has no place on a blog relating to geeky/nerdy/cool stuff). Supernatural, Prison Break, even How I Met Your Mother and Smallville – all belong in the DVD pile for me.
Of the new crop, Journeyman was good but, to be honest, having watched Heroes before it, the last thing I wanted to do was stick around and punish myself any more with a show I knew wouldn’t last. Chuck is good fun – and Yvonne Strahovski is ridiculously attractive, and the show’s producers aren’t afraid to play the geek card (see the pic?) – but I’m not often home in time to watch it and I don’t have TiVo (I suspect that both these shows will end up on DVD for me…). I only saw Reaper once and it looked okay but not great.
That really only leaves a couple of things left – my perennial favorites Lost (back later this month with new episodes) and Battlestar Galactica (April, dammit!) and new shows Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and New Amsterdam (premiering in March) which I caught the premiere of months ago.
So…I’ll make more of an effort.
Promise.
